Room to place a unit in the Manor
Pelham Manor lots tend to run larger than the village to the north, which gives us options. On a home renovation or a driveway job we can set a single deluxe flushing unit well off the street, screened by the yard, and still leave the servicing truck a clean path. On the deeper properties near the Boston Post Road we place back from the road entirely, out of sight of the front door.
Where a drop lands in the public right-of-way, village sign-off may apply, so check with the town before the date.
What the village rents
Builders working the older Manor homes keep standard units and a handwashing station on site for the run of a project. Homeowners take a single unit for a party, a repaving, or a landscaping stretch. When a school, a club, or a house of worship holds an outdoor day, an ADA accessible unit rounds out the setup. For a backyard wedding or a formal gathering on one of the bigger lots, the climate-controlled restroom trailer with flushing sinks is the piece that finishes it.
Service and the seasons
We run this corner of Westchester on a Monday and Thursday route and add visits on longer jobs, with pumping, restocking, and a full clean each stop. Winters bring snow and freeze, so we add freeze protection and keep units serviced through the cold. Spring and fall carry the field days and outdoor projects, and summer the graduations and receptions, and we hold busy dates early when we can. On the larger lots we can stage extra units for a weekend event and remove them right after, so the grounds return to normal without a unit lingering by the road.
