On a long build we set a small bank so lines never form at shift change.
The community side brings church fairs, park days near the Bronx Zoo edge, and block parties, where a deluxe flushing unit and an ADA accessible unit cover the crowd. A tented anniversary or a large outdoor function steps up to the climate-controlled restroom trailer where there is room to place it, and we confirm the footprint first.
Placing on a working block
West Farms streets carry real truck traffic, so we set jobsite units inside the fence line or tight to the curb where they stay out of the travel lane. We watch for the hydrants and the bus routes that thread these blocks, and we position the unit so the service truck can reach it without stopping traffic dead.
For an event we stage near a park path or a driveway gate so servicing does not cross the crowd, and we flag when a permit may apply so you can check with the city. On the tightest corners we schedule the drop for the slower part of the day.
All-year on the corridor
Construction runs through every season here, so we keep serving through winter snow, ice, and freeze on the long jobs. Summer adds the street fairs and park events, and we raise the service frequency in the heat so a heavily used unit on a big crew never gets ahead of the schedule. When the river runs high after a storm, we help crews move units to firmer ground away from the low spots.
