What gets rented in Utopia
Because so many houses here have driveways and side yards, home projects are the bread and butter: a dormer addition, a kitchen gut, a new deck out back. Those jobs take a standard unit set on the driveway apron and a handwashing station once the crew grows past a couple of hands.
The rest of the Utopia calendar is family occasions. A graduation party, a backyard christening, or a milestone birthday usually rates a deluxe flushing unit, and hosts who want guests comfortable step up to the ADA accessible model or, for a tented reception, the climate-controlled restroom trailer. We size the order to the guest list rather than guess.
Fitting the yard and the driveway
Unlike most of the city, you often have a real spot here, so we set the unit on the driveway or just inside the side gate where it stays out of the party but close to the caterer. When a fence gate is the only way to the backyard, tell us the opening width and we bring the model that clears it.
For the odd curbside job on the narrower streets near the parkway, we keep the unit tight to your frontage and clear of the hydrant and your neighbor's driveway, and we check the alternate-side rules so the drop does not draw a ticket.
Working around the seasons
Spring and summer are backyard-party season, and we service more often in the heat so a well-used unit never gets ahead of the schedule. Contractors run straight through the year, and we keep serving through snow and freeze so a winter addition never loses its facilities. Early fall brings a second wave of parties before the cold sets in, and those weekends book up fast.
