On the residential streets, many homes here have a driveway or a yard, so we can set a unit on the apron or along the side of the house, out of the party's view and level on the ground. Where a block runs to attached row homes without off-street room, the unit goes curbside, clear of the hydrants, bus stops, and the corner crosswalk.
Toward the waterfront, the pier, the park, and the marinas each have their own access, and a placement on parkland or a public launch may need a right-of-way or park permit, so check with the city first.
