Setting a unit in a low, wet zone
This is flood-prone, low-lying ground, so a firm and level base matters more here than almost anywhere. We set the cabin on pavement, a driveway or a plywood pad instead of soft, damp turf, and we keep it clear of drainage swales that fill fast in a coastal storm.
Sea breeze off the Lower Bay is steady, so doors face away from the prevailing wind. Parking near the boardwalk fills up in season, so we scout a legal curbside spot or set the unit on private ground; anything on a public street may need a right-of-way permit the city can confirm.
Delivery, weather and servicing
Our driver knows the dead-end shoreline streets and the boardwalk access points, so we time drops around beach traffic and pick a spot the truck can actually reach. Give us the cross street and staging area and the unit lands where the event or crew needs it.
Coastal weather earns respect here, from summer humidity to winter nor'easters, so we check every unit on each visit and treat the tank against freeze in the cold months. A busy tournament or party house can get extra pump-outs on our shoreline run.
