What Stapleton rents
Stapleton is a working North Shore neighborhood with a lot going on, from waterfront redevelopment and building rehabs to street fairs and community events along Bay Street. Construction crews run standard units on their sites, while a public event leans on a bank of standard and deluxe flushing units with a handwashing station where vendors sell food.
For an event on the waterfront esplanade, an ADA accessible restroom near the entrance is essential, and a luxury restroom trailer, climate-controlled with private stalls, suits a nicer gathering. On a rehab of one of the old multi-family houses, a single standard unit on weekly service keeps the crew going.
Placement on the waterfront and the hill
Stapleton splits between the flat waterfront strip and the steep blocks rising behind it, and placement follows the terrain. Down by Bay Street and the esplanade, units go curbside or on a firm paved staging area, clear of the pedestrian path. On the hill, we look for the flattest reachable spot so a full unit is not perched on a grade.
Many blocks have no driveway, so curbside placement is common, and we set the unit in a legal spot the truck can pull alongside without blocking a bus route. On a construction site, units sit near the work zone but clear of the equipment and gate.
Getting a rental scheduled
Tell us the unit, the address off Bay Street or up the hill, the delivery day, and the run length, and we book the drop and the pickup as one job. A weekend event goes down before Saturday and comes back at the start of the week, while a building rehab runs a standard unit on a weekly cleaning route until the work is finished.
