What gets rented here
This is a mix of trades and households. Contractors reworking the two-family houses off Rockaway Boulevard and crews on the warehouses and lots near the airport all run standard units on their sites, while homeowners renting for a backyard party lean toward a deluxe flushing unit with a sink for something guests appreciate.
A quinceanera, a graduation, or a big family cookout does well with a deluxe unit plus a handwashing station near the grills, and an ADA accessible restroom covers a guest who needs the wider, level entry. For a commercial yard with a real headcount, we set multiple standard units and service them on a tight cycle.
Curbside and jobsite placement
Many blocks here have driveways, but plenty of jobs still go curbside on the street, so we set the unit in a legal, reachable spot the truck can pull alongside without blocking a bus stop or a hydrant. On a construction lot we place units near the work zone but clear of the equipment paths and the gate.
Near the airport and the Belt, the lots are bigger and access is easy, but we still keep units out of the truck-turning lanes so deliveries and pickups never tangle with the site traffic.
Running a rental in South Ozone Park
Tell us the unit, the address off Rockaway Boulevard or Lefferts, the drop day, and the run length, and we set the delivery and the collection together. Party units go out before the weekend and come back Monday, and a jobsite unit runs on a weekly cleaning route, or more often on a busy commercial site, until the work is done.
