What we set down on these blocks
The workhorse here is the standard unit, and it covers most of what East Flatbush throws at us: a foundation dig on Rutland Road, a block association day near Tilden, a repaving crew parked for a week off Clarkson. When a job runs longer or a crowd is expected, the deluxe flushing unit with its foot pump and interior sink is the easy upgrade, and a standalone handwashing station rides along beside it.
For anything with guests, community meetings, quinceaneras in a backyard, a repast at a house of worship, the ADA accessible unit and the climate-controlled restroom trailer are the two to ask about. Both need a flat spot and a clear approach, which we sort out on the phone before the truck rolls.
Where a unit actually fits around here
East Flatbush is row houses, two-families, and apartment blocks with almost no private driveways, so nine times out of ten the unit lands at the curb. We look for a legal stretch of frontage, keep the door swinging away from foot traffic, and set the base so it will not rock on a crowned street. If placement touches the roadway or sidewalk, a right-of-way permit may apply, and that is a call to make with the city before delivery day.
Booking and service through the week
Tell us the cross streets, how long you need it, and whether a crowd or a crew is using it, and we match the unit and the swap schedule to that. Weekly service is standard on longer rentals; heavy-use event units can be pumped more often. Summers run hot and humid and winters bring real snow and freeze, so we time cleanings and antifreeze service to the season and keep the unit usable straight through.
