Placing on sandy, tight lots
The barrier island runs on narrow streets and small lots, and units cannot sit on loose sand, so we stage them on driveways, paved pads, or firm ground at the edge of a property. We bring a stable base and ground protection where a placement borders the beach.
Access is a single set of causeway approaches, so we plan the truck route and turning space before delivery. A unit that lands on a public street or a beach access path may need a right-of-way permit, which is worth confirming with the town or county early.
