What we bring to the area
The single-family blocks and garden-apartment complexes keep the renovation work coming. A kitchen gut, a reroof, or grounds work across a garden-apartment court takes a Standard Porta Potty for the crew, and the open layout here usually leaves an easy spot to set it without crowding a walk.
Community events fill the rest. School field days, park gatherings and backyard parties near the parkway suit the Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty and a Handwashing Station, with the ADA Accessible unit added whenever the event is open to everyone. For a bigger field day we bring extra standard units to keep the lines short.
Placing a unit with room to spare
Compared with denser parts of Queens, Fresh Meadows gives us space to work. Single-family homes have driveways, and the garden-apartment grounds have interior lanes and parking bays where a unit sits well off the street and clear of the walkways residents use.
On a management-run complex we clear the spot with the office before delivery, so the placement meets the property's rules and our truck can reach it again cleanly when it returns to service the unit on the regular route.
Across the seasons
Spring and summer bring the field days, park events and outdoor projects, so those weekend dates book early and we deliver ahead to be ready before the crowd arrives. Queens winters bring snow and freeze, and a driveway or courtyard unit on solid footing rides through them while our regular service keeps it clean and working. If a snowstorm changes the access on a service day, a quick note lets us shift the stop so the unit stays stocked.
