What the neighborhood tends to rent
Kew Gardens Hills leans residential and community-minded, so a lot of what we deliver serves gatherings: a deluxe flushing unit for a backyard simcha or a graduation, an ADA accessible stall so elders and guests with mobility needs are covered, and a handwashing station whenever a caterer or a grill is involved.
On the work side, home additions, driveway and sidewalk replacements, and small building jobs take a standard unit on site. For a large celebration or a communal event, the climate-controlled luxury restroom trailer gives guests a comfortable, proper restroom.
Where a unit goes on these lots
Homes here mostly have driveways and modest side yards, so we can set a unit on the apron or just inside a gate, close to the tent or the work but off the grass. When a party fills the backyard we place the unit at the edge where it is easy to reach yet out of the sightline from the tables. For a sidewalk or curb job we set at a permitted stretch of curb where the service truck can still get to it without blocking the street.
Planning the rental
Send the address, the gate or driveway access, and your dates, and we schedule the delivery and pickup to fit. A rental that runs more than a week gets regular service so it stays fresh, and we work around the community's Sabbath and holiday calendar when timing the drop and pull.
Summer heat and winter snow both call for planning, so we set units on firm, drained ground and time service around the weather. If a placement touches the roadway a right-of-way permit may apply, so check with the city before the date.
