What the waterfront brings us
Hunters Point runs on two kinds of orders. High-rise and podium construction along Center Boulevard and Jackson Avenue needs standard units in volume with frequent service, often behind a sidewalk shed, while the piers and Gantry Plaza events want cleaner options.
For a film shoot, a market, or a concert on the water we bring deluxe flushing units, ADA accessible stalls, and handwashing stations, and for a private rooftop or a gala the climate-controlled luxury restroom trailer gives guests a real restroom without leaving the venue. Placing a unit where there are no driveways
This is dense curbside territory, so a unit lands on the sidewalk behind a shed, inside the site fence, or in a marked-off stretch of street rather than any yard. On a tower job we coordinate with the super and the sidewalk-shed layout, and for a plaza or rooftop event we plan the crane or freight route and the exact staging spot in advance. Where we take street space, alternate-side parking and a right-of-way permit come into play, so check with the city or DOT.
Coordinating with buildings and crews
Give us the site contact, the loading dock or gate hours, and your dates, and we route delivery around the neighborhood's constant truck traffic and the East River crossings feeding it. Long construction runs get scheduled service so units never fall behind.
Summer draws heavy event and shoot demand along the water, and winter brings wind off the river plus snow, so we anchor exposed units and time service around both. Building management and co-op board sign-off can shape where a unit sits, and we work within that.
