Fields, parks, and the waterfront
A lot of Pelham Bay work happens outdoors near the park and the Sound. Leagues and event hosts using the ballfields and picnic grounds take a few standard units and an ADA accessible unit, staged along a path the servicing truck can follow instead of across the turf. A boat-club day or a shoreline gathering off Shore Road often adds the climate-controlled restroom trailer for a finished feel by the water.
For anything on parkland, a placement may need the parks office, so check before the date.
Home and building drops in the grid
Off the park, Pelham Bay is single homes and co-op buildings. Renovations take a standard unit and a handwashing station for the run of the job, and many houses here have a driveway or side yard where we can keep a unit off the street. Where a co-op or a narrow block forces a curbside drop, we set it clear of the road and the hydrant, and a right-of-way spot may call for a permit, so check with the city or DOT.
Weather off the Sound
The waterfront catches wind and the odd coastal flood, so on open lots and fields we stake and weight units and keep them above the low spots. Winter brings snow and freeze to the east Bronx, and we add freeze protection and hold a plow-season schedule so units stay clean and reachable. When a storm is coming off the Sound, we will reset or relocate a unit around it. For a season of home games or a summer of shoreline events, we can hold a standing weekly slot and adjust the count as the schedule fills, so the fields stay covered without a scramble.
